Unox
pushing the boundaries of innovation and development
Unox has been a prominent name in the UK combi oven market for more than a decade. During that time, we’ve become known for our extraordinary product innovation, exceptional service and outstanding support which in turn has led to growth and investment across the organisation.
across the Unox business by 2030, the new building features the latest sustainable materials, roof-mounted solar panels and energy-efficient fixtures and fittings, working towards a carbon-neutral facility in which we can further support our customers.
Sustainability is fundamental to all our product development now and in the future. From the use of recyclable materials and components to the investment in technology that helps us create a green manufacturing process and supply chain, Unox is committed
to reducing our impact on the environment. However, sustainability goes further than simply manufacturing equipment with the environment at its heart. This focus on technology also allows us to develop appliances that are packed full of the latest features to help operators improve efficiency and reduce energy costs in their kitchen. All in all, sustainability is one of the most important aspects to influence the future of our business.
Unox is known for pushing the boundaries of innovation and development – take our most recent launches. Designed to support chefs across the foodservice industry, our recent CHEFTOP MIND.MapsTM BIG COMPACT PLUS and MULTI.Day launches, as well as SPEED-X, which came to the UK earlier in 2022, are examples of our operator-led innovation. Ideal for healthcare sites, the CHEFTOP MIND.MapsTM BIG COMPACT PLUS is a unique high-performance trolly combi oven that offers maximum performance on a footprint of just 650mm wide.
Used in conjunction with EVEREO® – the world’s first hot fridge, our award-winning MULTI.Day Hot Vacuum system represents our commitment to innovation. Using never-seen- before technology, operators can seal hot food in gastronorm trays or bags, preserving it at service temperature for up to 72 hours.
For those operators who want to try our equipment, Unox offers our unique Individual Cooking Experience (ICE). A simple concept which is managed by our team of Active Marketing Chefs (AMC) whereby they arrive
on site in their own van which contains up to two Unox ovens. Fitted to bespoke trollies, the ovens can be wheeled from the van straight into your kitchen, where you can use the technology in your kitchen, using your food and cooking your own menus, completely free of charge. What’s more, the AMC team supports you,
directly in your own kitchen, assisting with menu development and ensuring you get the most from the oven.
Aside from product innovation we’ve continued to demonstrate our commitment to our customers and the environment by launching a brand new, multi-million-pound, state-of-the-art UK Experience Centre, while simultaneously increasing our sales, service, support and culinary teams with multiple new positions. Future-proofed, the UK Experience Centre has been designed with our expansion plans and growth in mind. In line with our global action plan, EmiXion 2030, a plan to achieve net zero carbon emissions globally
