ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
HOW TO BOOK
To make a booking on a tour, please phone our office or email us to check availability, and we will reserve your
seat. You can also use our online booking form, and we will contact you to collect the deposit. Please discuss with us any special requirements you may have at this point to ensure that we and the hotels are able to cater for your needs. Once we have reserved your seats, these are normally held for a period of 7 days, after this time if no deposit has been received your seats may be released. To secure your booking, we require a deposit amount of £50 per person. You will
then receive confirmation of your booking by post, email or in person. The full balance for a tour is due 12 weeks before departure. Please note, we reserve the right to change your reserved seat should we feel it necessary, and we are under no obligation to offer a refund or an explanation.
MAKING CHANGES TO A BOOKING If you need to change a booking to another destination or date for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate this, but cannot guarantee, and this may involve additional payments/ penalties. Sometimes, it may be necessary, at short notice for us to make changes to itinerary/ hotel or specific details. If a hotel change is necessary, we will endeavour to offer you a similar standard of hotel and keep you informed. Because of unforeseen circumstances, some things may have to change during you holiday (e.g. route, timings, itineraries etc) but we will always do our utmost to keep any inconvenience to an absolute minimum. If, in the unlikely event we suffer dramatic changes to an itinerary due to “an act of God” (for example a ferry being cancelled due to weather), we will ask that each passenger pays for any additional accommodation fees that we would incur. We are not liable to pay extra accommodation/ refreshment fees for any additional nights spent at a hotel. Any of our holidays may be subject to a surcharge due to large increases in Fuel, Port charges, Tolls etc. All passengers will be informed a minimum of 6 weeks before departure date.
CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any tour if we do not reach the minimum number of bookings required (25 persons). You are within your rights to cancel a holiday at any time, but cancellation charges do apply. Please see below for a full list of cancellation charges. A reduction in room occupancy may increase the charges for any remaining passengers by the application of supplements for low occupancy of rooms.
prevented from travelling as a result of such termination, our responsibility for your holiday thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges apply. We will be under no obligation whatsoever to offer a refund.
SPECIAL NEEDS
We recognise that not all our holidays will be suitable for people with disabilities and mobility problems. We are pleased to carry your folding wheelchair or walking frame
in the luggage compartment, but you MUST notify us of your intention to bring one. We will be happy to carry battery powered mobility scooters on tour vehicles if there is sufficient space in the luggage compartment and a travelling companion is present to lift and handle the mobility vehicle.
It is not the driver’s responsibility to handle mobility vehicles. As space is limited only 1 mobility vehicle will be allowed per tour, this will be on a first come, first serve basis so please ask when booking a tour. Our drivers will be happy to provide general assistance to passengers but will not be expected to: 1) Provide aid that extends to bodily lifting and carrying
of any passengers on and off the coach. 2) Undertake any action that may put their health, safety welfare or the legal requirements for a break in duty at risk.

All personal belongings are carried at owner’s risk and we will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage. You must keep to one MEDIUM sized suitcase per person, maximum weight 15kg. We reserve the right to refuse to carry suitcases, which exceed the weight limit and ask you to remove any excess weight. On tours where there are overnight hotels it is advisable to take in addition a SMALL overnight bag (no more than 5kg). You can also take a small travel bag or handbag on board the coach.
HOTELS
All amenities/facilities and entertainment listed will usually be available for our customers. However, we cannot guarantee as maintenance/breakdowns etc can affect services. We will not be liable for this and we will not issue a refund.
DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE
You are responsible for ensuring all necessary documents (e.g passports) are valid and effective and that they are on your person when travelling. We advise all passengers to take out their own travel insurance with your trusted insurance companies.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint during your tour, please inform your tour leader or driver immediately who will endeavour to solve the matter immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot, you should write to us no later than 14 days after your return.
